5. Can RPWL manage all trades for a full building renovation?
Absolutely. We coordinate builders, plumbers, electricians, painters, plasterers, tilers, roofers, concreters, and external specialists when needed. You deal with one company — we handle the rest.
6. How quickly can maintenance jobs be scheduled?
Most maintenance jobs can be scheduled within 2–10 working days, depending on urgency. Emergency plumbing, leaks, blocked drains, or urgent repairs receive priority.

7. What deck construction services do you offer?
We design and build timber decks, composite decks, multi-level decks, entertainment platforms, access ramps, steps, and deck repairs. All decks are built to NZ standards using high-quality materials.

We excavate the area, install compacted AP20 base, add reinforcing mesh, pour concrete to the correct thickness, finish the surface, and cut expansion joints for durability.
