Ruahine Property Works – Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Name: 5 x $1000 Prezzy Card Giveaway Promotion Period: 1 August 2025 – 31 December 2025

1. Eligibility

 Entry is open to all customers who book a job or accept a quote with Ruahine Property Works during the promotional period.

Only one entry per eligible booking or accepted quote.

The following individuals are excluded from entering:

 - Employees of Ruahine Property Works

 - Immediate family members of employees (including spouses, children, and parents)

 - Contractors, suppliers, and any parties with a conflict of interest as determined by Ruahine Property Works

 2. Prize Details

 There are five (5) x $1000 Prezzy Cards to be given away.

One winner will be drawn at random each month from August 2025 through December 2025

Each draw will take place in the first week of the following month.

Winners will be notified via phone or email using the contact details provided during their job booking or quote acceptance.

3. Prize Conditions

Prezzy Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternatives.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Prizes are not transferable.

 4. General Conditions

 By entering, participants agree to have their name and general location (e.g., city/town) published on Ruahine Property Works’ social media and website if selected as a winner.

Ruahine Property Works reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify any individual found to be in breach of these terms.

Ruahine Property Works reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
