 1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Ruahine Property Works Limited (RPW Trades Group Limited) ("the Promoter").

 2. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid for jobs booked or quotes accepted between 12:00am (NZST) on 1 July 2026 and 11:59pm (NZST) on 31 July 2026.

 3. Eligibility

o Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.

o Only residential and commercial customers booking eligible work with Ruahine Property Works during the promotion period are eligible.

o Where a booking fee or deposit is required under the customer's quote or service agreement, it must be paid before 11:59pm on 31 July 2026 for the entry to be valid.

o Employees of RPW Trades Group Limited, their immediate families, contractors directly involved in administering the promotion, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

 4. How to Enter

o Customers will automatically receive one (1) entry for each eligible job booked or quote accepted during the promotion period.

o No separate entry form is required.

o Multiple eligible bookings or accepted quotes will each receive one entry.

o The booking must include sufficient customer contact details to allow the winner to be notified.

 5. Eligible Jobs

Eligible jobs include services provided by Ruahine Property Works Limited, including but not limited to:

o Building maintenance and repairs

o Renovations

o Plumbing

o Roofing

o Painting

o Concrete work

o Landscaping

o Fencing

o Decking

o Property maintenance services

 6. Exclusions

Entries will not be valid where:

o The booking is cancelled before work commences.

o The accepted quote is withdrawn by the customer.

o The customer fails to proceed with the booked work.

o Payment is significantly overdue at the time the prize is drawn.

o The booking is considered fraudulent or created solely to gain entries without a genuine intention to proceed.

o The Promoter reasonably believes an entry has been manipulated or created to unfairly increase a person's chances of winning.

 7. Prize

o One (1) winner will receive fuel vouchers with a total value of NZD $1,000.

o The Promoter reserves the right to determine the retailer, denominations and composition of the fuel vouchers.

o The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, refundable or exchangeable.

 8. Prize Draw

o The winner will be selected by random draw during early August 2026 at the Promoter's office.

o The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 9. Winner Notification

o The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address supplied at the time of booking.

o If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

 10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to Ruahine Property Works Limited using their first name, town or suburb, and a photograph (if voluntarily provided) for promotional purposes, including on social media, the Promoter's website and other marketing material, without further compensation.

 11. General

o The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and customer details.

o Any attempt to manipulate, abuse or interfere with the promotion may result in disqualification.

o The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

o To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect or misdirected entries.

 12. Privacy

Personal information collected during this promotion will be used solely for administering the promotion and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
