$999 Garage Door Opener Installation Deal (2026)

1. Offer Overview
This promotion applies to the installation of a standard garage door opener for a total cost of $999 including GST.
The offer includes supply and installation of one (1) garage door opener kit and associated standard hardware.

 

2. Inclusions
The $999 package includes:

  • One (1) compatible roller or sectional door opener unit

  • Standard mounting hardware and accessories

  • Basic setup, testing, and demonstration of operation

 

3. Exclusions & Additional Costs
The following items are not included in the $999 price unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Any additional electrical work or power outlet installation required to operate the opener

  • Structural alterations, door modifications, or reinforcement work

  • Removal or disposal of existing openers or equipment (if applicable)

  • Additional accessories, remotes, or sensors beyond what’s supplied in the kit

  • Inclusion of One (1) Smart Hub (for additional Smartphone app control)
     

If additional work is required, a quote will be provided prior to commencement.

 

 4. Smartphone Connectivity Requirements

  • Smart features and remote access are subject to available Wi-Fi and/or cellular connection at the property.

  • Connectivity performance may vary based on network strength and compatibility.

  • Customer is responsible for providing a functional internet connection and mobile device (phone not included).

 

 5. Eligibility

  • Offer available to residential customers within Ruahine Property Works’ standard service areas (Tararua, Manawatū, and Central Hawke’s Bay).

  • Jobs outside this area may incur a travel surcharge.

  • Offer applies to standard single or double roller or sectional garage doors only.

 

 6. Installation Conditions

  • The existing garage door must be in good working condition and suitable for motorisation.

  • Ruahine Property Works reserves the right to decline installation if the door, track, or structure is unsafe or incompatible.

  • All installations are carried out by qualified personnel following manufacturer guidelines and NZ safety standards.

  

7. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon completion of installation, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Payment methods accepted include EFTPOS, bank transfer, approved financing plan, or invoice (subject to approval).

  

8. Warranty

  • Standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to all supplied equipment.

  • Installation workmanship is covered under Ruahine Property Works’ 12-month service guarantee.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or lack of maintenance.

 

 9. Offer Period & Availability

  • Offer valid for a limited time – must be booked before December 31st, 2026.

  • Ruahine Property Works reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.

 

 10. General

  • This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  • All installations are subject to site inspection and suitability.

  • By proceeding with this offer, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
